Terms of Service

Nastrotek publishes technical articles, IoT project write-ups, and downloadable design resources for personal, educational, and non-commercial reference unless a resource's own license explicitly allows more.

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at a rate that degrades service, no attempting to bypass access controls on paid resources, and no reposting paid resources without permission.

Article text, images, and site design are owned by Nastrotek unless otherwise credited. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the original article; republishing full articles requires permission.

Each resource page states, to the best of Nastrotek's knowledge, its original author, source, license, and whether it has been tested by Nastrotek. Resources sourced from third-party creators keep their original license — check the license terms shown on the resource page before commercial use.

Resources marked as untested or with an unverified license are provided as-is; do not assume a file is free to reuse, modify, or use commercially unless the resource page confirms it.

Some resources require payment by bank transfer using the order code shown at checkout. Access is enabled after Nastrotek manually verifies the transfer, which may take some time. If a payment cannot be verified, contact nastrotek.admin@gmail.com with your order code.

Paid resources are digital files; once download access is granted, the purchase is treated as final except in cases of a verified duplicate charge or a broken file, handled case by case by contacting the email above.

Articles, PCB designs, firmware notes, and other content are shared on an "as is" basis for reference. Nastrotek does not guarantee that any design, code sample, or instruction is free of errors or fit for a specific purpose — always review and test before using in a production or safety-relevant context.

To the extent permitted by law, Nastrotek is not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from your use of the site, its content, or any downloaded resource, including hardware damage from following a design or firmware note.

Nastrotek links to third-party sites (datasheets, manufacturers, source repositories, GitHub Discussions). Nastrotek is not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
